Certified Lenders must pass rigerous standards to be eligible to receive your information. We have verified the following for each Certified Reverse Mortgage Lender:
- All Certified Lenders have proper operating authority from the NRMLA.
- All Certified Lenders have have appropriate amount of insurance coverage as verified using the NRMLA Guidelines.
- All Certififed Lenders have been operating for a minimum of five years.
- All Certified Lenders currently have a satisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau.
- All Certified Lenders have specifically agreed not to resale or redistribute your information to any third-party without your express consent.
